We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why Strength Side offers a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your performance standards, we are here to make it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
