Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. For heavy items like racks and barbells, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure your gear arrives safely.
What is your return policy on fitness apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all apparel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Strength Side ships to over 50 countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Are your weight plates sold in pairs or individually?
Most of our bumper and iron plates are sold in pairs unless otherwise specified on the product page. Please check the 'Included' section of the product description.
